Adult amateurs - we're a quirky group, there's no doubt about that. We're not all that hard to shop for. BUT, if you're family or significant other are at a loss for what to get you, or if you're just not sure what to put on your list, here are a few crave-worthy ideas for every adult amateur equestrian's holiday wish list.
Equestrian-Themed Art/Home Decor
From little touches like bit curtain pulls to dramatic photos of the horse on canvas to hang on the wall. You almost can't go wrong!
What am I lusting over these days? The Silver Oaks Farm watercolor prints! I mean just LOOK at them! Plus, the horse print reminds me of Wow (insert heart-eye emoji here). They are sophisticated and subdued, but yet will look great in any room. A home office, check! A living room? You bet! A bedroom? Well, the non-horse significant other may oppose it, but it'll look great! You can find these beauties on the Silver Oaks Farm Etsy store. Also, go follow them on Instagram, it's a lovely profile.
If photos are more your thing. You can gift (or give yourself) a photo shoot. It can be a elegant black background session featuring the horse or a lovely portrait session with horse and rider. Some photographers have prints available for sale as well if you want a somewhat generic but still as gorgeous equine art piece.
If you need some recommendations, here are two of my favorite equine photographers. They are personal friends, wonderful people and amazing photographers. Mane Jane Spur Straps
Add a little fun to your ROOTD! These spur strap charms are just darling. There truly is something for everyone.
The ones I'm craving are the anchor, cause ya know, Navy wife life, and the wine glasses, cause, duh! There are so many choices, it may be hard to pick just one. But who says you only need one? Which would you gift or like to give?
What's on your holiday wish list?
