As many of you know, I recently moved to Virginia Beach from Jacksonville, Florida. The barn family I had at HaddenLoch means the world to me. The entire barn was forced to evacuate due to Hurricane Irma. They packed up the barn and all 35+ horses and fled to Southeastern Arena in a town just south of Macon, Georgia,
Just because we've moved we still have part of our hearts in Jacksonville at HaddenLoch as well as our beach condo. With Hurricane Matthew back in October 2015, evacuating went as smoothly as possible and the storm spared the farm any major damage. This time around, Irma was not as nice. A few days ago I was browsing Facebook and saw this post. My heart broke. I spoke with Claire and heard what had happened to some HaddenLoch barn family's houses and horses. I was very saddened by this news and knew I had to try to help, even from more than 600 miles away!
So... 10% of all profits from the shop until October will go towards helping HaddenLoch horses and families rebuild after Hurricane Irma. Please help me support such amazing people and a wonderful barn. Shop now to help or you can donate by contacting me.
