#AdultAmmyStrong partners with equine photographer Alexis Malin Photography to cover the adult amateur and amateur/owner divisions at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida. With a creative eye and her camera in tow Malin will be shooting at WEF as an official #AdultAmmyStrong photographer as well as interviewing riders and reporting on results. The winter circuit at WEF is the horse show Mecca on the East Coast, and maybe even the entire United States. There are many adult amateurs who show, whether it's all circuit or certain weeks, that have interesting stories that deserve to be shared with the rest of amateur community. Especially as we sit and watch the live feeds and scour social media trying to somewhat live vicariously through our friends -- or friend's friends -- who are showing in the land of ponies and palm trees. We will be bringing back #AmateurHour as well as publishing featured stories and results from the pre-adults to the high amateur owners. If you are showing or working at WEF and have an interesting story -- about you, your horse(s) or anything else -- we would love to feature you on the blog! Contact me to discuss your story and to schedule an interview. About alexis malin photographyWith a lifetime of riding and being around horses Alexis Malin know the connections riders have with their equine partners. From perfectly posed and impeccable timing over fences, to the candid moments, Malin pours her heart into equine photography. Not only does she have a love for photography but has experience in creative writing and blogging. Being a busy adult amateur herself she knows the struggle. With a new resolution in 2020 to capture more equestrian partnerships and tell riders' stories, Malin is excited to be at Palm Beach International Equestrian Center to bring you photos and stories from the Winter Circuit!
